About Ozzie

I adopted Ozzie in 2011-12, when he was approximately 2 years old, and while he has been with me since and is approximately 15 years old. Sadly, I no longer believe I am able to provide him the home that he needs and I am hoping to be able to find him a loving and caring home, who can provide him a wonderful life in his senior years. Starting when I moved into my current home (4 years ago) he developed issues with not using his litter box all the time. At first it was only occasionally, but as time went on, it became more and more frequent. I have taken Ozzie to multiple vets, none of whom can determine a serious medical cause, but believe it may be stress related. As this issue has not resolved itself, but has become more and more frequent, I can only assume the issue is with the home itself, and believe it would be best for him to be rehomed. He is shy at first, but extremely loving and cuddly once he gets to know you. He has lived with cats in the past, and has gotten along with them. He is very shy and timid around dogs, though he's never lived with one long term to know if that would change. He has lived in a child free home, so I'm not sure how'd he do with kids.
