Teddy is a very good boy. I only want the best for him. Unfortunately, some recent diagnoses let me know that soon I will need a few surgeries which will leave me unable to walk fully for quite some time. I am a single mother, so Teddy will not get the care he deserves like this. I just want to make it clear that the rehoming is not his fault. I currently live in an apartment but I think Teddy would do best with someone active or with a yard, as he is a big boy and we take frequent walks. He does well on a leash, prefers a collar to a harness and usually hides from the harness. Really keep an eye out for others walking/walking their dogs and redirect him to the opposite way. He does well with this. Smart boy already knows sit, stay, paw, leave it, and go lie down. He is also perfect at fetch. He doesn't try to tug or anything and drops the toy near your feet. (he does like playing tug though, but knows the difference.) I recently adopted him from the SPCA so he is up to date on everything, microchipped, and neutered. I can provide all documentation for that as well as for his microchip. Thank you for taking the time to read this and consider adopting Teddy.
