This is Hank. Hank was part of a surrender that included 7 dogs total. The owner was met with hardship and did the right thing rather than see any of her babies suffer. Hank is said to be a Shitzu, but he has one blue eye. This distinguished gentleman is all huff upon approach and then turns on the tail wag charm lol.
