Pepe and his brother Cacio were found running loose on a busy city street like two panicked meatballs in traffic - it took over an hour, a whole lot of ingenuity and urban dog catching macgyvering, and half a battalion of volunteers to catch them. We brought them to safety. At first, we thought they were bonded. They looked like a set. But once they settled in? It became clear: Cacio and Pepe are more 'former roommates' than soulmates. They're each thriving with space to be themselves. Different vibes. Different needs. Different paths. So now, we're rewriting the story: two dogs, two forever homes.
