Ay Chihuahua! Rocky and Skylar are looking for their happily ever after. This dynamic duo was abandoned by their family and sent to the Franklin County Dog Shelter, where they were extremely scared and stressed. They transitioned from frightened shelter dogs to happy hounds pretty quickly in their foster home. Rocky and Skylar, both 15 months old, are very people oriented. They are true cuddle bugs and are quite affectionate. They are full of energy and enjoy chasing one another around the house and yard. Rocky is the more laid back of the two and is a really sweet boy. Skylar is a bit more feisty and is always looking for a good time. Rocky and Skylar are learning to walk on a leash. Rocky is more curious about the outside world, but Skylar is unsure and fearful. She has been reactive to other dogs and cats, which makes Rocky react as well. They are always willing to meet new people though. Their ideal home would be with someone who is home more often than not as they love to be around people and someone willing to share their lap. Since they have been fearful and reactive with other animals on their walks, they may do best as the only pets in the home. Rocky and Skylar are spayed and neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. They are being fostered in Grove City, OH and are available for an adoption fee of $900.00 ($450.00 each).
