Now, he's waiting patiently for his second chance - but we can only bring him to safety on our 9/6 transport to Cedarburg, WI with Mutt Life Dog Rescue if a foster or adopter steps up. Buddy weighs 67 lbs, is already neutered, and is heartworm negative. His former owner shared that he is house-trained and does well with dogs, cats, and kids. He's currently kenneled with another dog, Ranger, and doing great. He's a friendly, well-rounded companion who just wants to be part of a family again. He's a calm, easygoing pup with a soft heart and cautious eyes. He's the kind of dog who takes his time learning to trust, but once he does, he's all yours. Buddy is quiet and easy to handle on leash. He doesn't pull or resist, just follows along gently. Buddy does beautifully with other dogs and doesn't mind the presence of cats, making him a great fit for a multi-pet home. He would do great with older pets or more mature pets if you are looking for that type of companion who will not be pestering them to play constantly.
