Meet Frankie Frankie (AKA Olen) came up on our transport from Georgia on June 21st and was quickly adopted. Unfortunately, His previous adopter realized they don't have as much time to dedicate to Frankie as he needs and is looking to rehome. Frankie came from a difficult hoarding situation, and while his past was full of challenges, hes been slowly discovering that the world can be a safe and loving place. Frankie is still quite shy and carries some scars from his experiences- he can startle easily and has some separation anxiety, so he will need a patient and understanding family who can give him the stability he deserves. This sweet boy would do best in a calm home without children. Not that he dislikes them, but they might be scary to him. He feels most comfortable in an environment that moves at his pace. Frankie does well with other respectful dogs and even cats, and having furry friends may boost his confidence. He loves cuddling and is starting to come out of his shell and is a happy guy when he is hanging around his people. Age: About 5 years old Gender: Male Weight: 10lbs Breed: Miniature poodle mix Spayed/Neutered: Yes Potty Trained: Working on it Crate Trained: Working on it Leash Manners: Yes Good with Dogs:Yes Good with Cats: Yes Good with Kids: Older, respectful kids Despite his tough beginnings, Frankie has already come such a long way. If you have a gentle heart, peaceful home, and the patience to help a shy little dog continue to heal, Frankie may just be the perfect match for you. __________ Adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter procedure, up-to-date dewormer, vaccinations, heartworm prevention (age appropriate), and certified veterinarian inspection within 30 days of adoption. __________ Review adoption requirements and ensure you meet the necessary criteria to apply! https://www.muttlife.org/adoption-policies _________ ADOPTION PROCESS: 1.)
