Owner has way to many dogs none of them have seen a vet in who knows how long they aren't fed properly are forced to stay in house only being let out in the yard once or twice a day might as well say they are neglected. I would take them but I am not allowed any more dogs where I live just trying to help Owner rehome this pup and two other litter mates without taking to shelter
