About Coal

I found this handsome boy a few months ago. I posted him in Hartford and Slocomb but nobody claimed him. All the shelters I have contacted say they are full. He was limping and very thin at the time but has since recovered. Still touchy about his hind end though he is polite about it. I cannot keep him as my male bulldog will not tolerate another male and 'Coal' attempts to dominate him. He is VERY high energy and VERY intelligent. Needs someone who will exercise him daily. Needs someone who can train him. Escape artist and can figure out locks and doors on kennels. Learned sit command by watching my heeler/pit mix do it once. Crate trained so possibly came from somewhere with a crate. Herding instinct is strong and he attempts to herd the barn cats which they don't like. He loves Frisbee and fetch. Would make an excellent jogging companion. Guard instinct is strong as well. He craves human interaction and its not fair that I keep him since I work away from home 5 days a week.
