About Swampscott

Meet Swampscott (aka Swampy). He's a 5-year-old, friendly, talkative, and engaging cat who loves companionship. He's affectionate without being overbearing, the perfect mix of independence and love. Swampy isn't as forgiving with little kids who tug tails, so we feel he'd thrive best in an adult-only home or with older children who understand boundaries. Recently, he's been stressed with our busy household (toddler + a new baby on the way) and his best buddy-our 18-year-old son-leaving for college. We believe he deserves a calmer home where he can shine. He's wonderful company, playful when you engage him, and a loyal companion who will happily chat with you. We're happy to provide more info or context-our goal is finding Swampscott the best forever home where he'll be loved and comfortable. He has so much love to give, and we'd be thrilled to see him bring that joy to a new family. He's healthy, litter trained, and up to date on vet care.
