About Kratos

Location: San Marcos - Roughly 1 year and 6 months old - Neutered Male - Microchipped - UTD on rabies vaccine only - due 10/31/25 - Was brought to me along with his siblings as kittens by his mother, who was a stray that I fed occasionally I'm unfortunately rehoming my cat Kratos due to medical/financial reasons. He's recently been diagnosed with feline urinary tract disease where he experiences stress-induced bladder inflammation. He's been treated with anti-inflammatory medication, gabapentin, and prescription urinary food starting 07/06, and cold laser therapy and antibiotics starting 07/31 but he's still experiencing symptoms. He needs someone who can manage his medical needs, meaning staying on top of his medicine schedule, providing multiple clean litter boxes in quiet areas, plenty of toys to play with, places to hide, and filtered water accessible at all times. His vet has recommended moving him to a home with either one other pet (cat) or no other pets to try to minimize stress as much as possible. He has never been around kids and is not comfortable around dogs. Kratos is independent, playful, and mischievous. He loves tunnels, puzzles, burrowing himself into blankets, and sitting on top of the fridge. He likes things made out of plastic such as straws, cups, and wrappers and will do whatever he can to get to them. He will knock over or put his hand in cups or bowls filled with liquid if he's around them unattended.
