About Abby

Abby is new to the rescue. We know one thing for sure; she is ALL about her babies! She raised 6 beautiful little pups and has been the best momma. It's time she retires early and become someone's house companion and kept indoors with the family. Abby spent her whole life outside. Her owner was disabled and unable to care for the number of dogs they had. She was kept outside to raise her puppies. While she had little to no human interaction, she turned out to be very sweet. She is a little shy when you first meet her, but wouldn't you be? We see lots of potential in this petite little one and she is going to make someone very happy one day! Abby weighs 12-15 pounds full grown. PLEASE NOTE: Abby is a little timid until she gets to know you. She loves to curl up right next to you on the couch. She is loving but please give her a chance to warm up. It takes her no time at all to fall in love with her person.
