Stray in Warren County..need a couple of days more to own, legally as we hope his foster steps up..Looks like another drop & drive off...happy, loving, but needs training. beautiful sleek black coat, so has been well cared for. I have him in my outdoor kennel, he is so lonely. I can NOT walk him..I have no strength.
