Nova is a purebred, high white Devon Rex. He just turned 6 years old. His companion dog passed away about 9 months ago and Nova has had anxiety ever since. We have 2 other cats, siblings, that are very playful and rough. When his dog was here, he would alway break up any rough play when he heard Nova hiss. He doesn't have his protection any more so he has been hiding a lot, under the bed, in closets, etc. He will currently do anything to avoid the other cats and has begun avoiding the litter box or any toys and items the other cats use. It is not a good life for him. Nova loves people and is not shy. He is curious, loves to be outside with his harness on, and loves playing fetch. Nova must be an indoor cat. Nova will do best in a quiet home where he receives a lot of love and does not get stalked by other animals. He only weighs 8 lbs and does not enjoy rough play. I have had him since he was 12 weeks old. I would love to see him enjoy his life again without anxiety or fear.
