Bruce is PAST DEADLINE! This sweet boy needs help finding a loving home or a foster and reputable rescue situation. #A5715091 8-9yr Neutered 62 lbs Owner Surrender on 07/21/25 Bruce greeted the runner nicely sniffing and licking their hand and was easy to leash. Bruce exited the kennel on his own and walked ahead of the runner with a slight pull. Once in the catch pen Bruce was collared and leashed without issue and was allowed into the play yard with calm gentle dainty dogs. Bruce displayed a relaxed body, low tail with a soft wag, open mouth pant, and soft eyes. Bruce exchanged greetings nicely then moved on. Bruce explored and continued to roam the yard and was social but did not engage in play, preferring to explore on his own. Bruce frequently approached the handlers and nuzzled their hand to receive petting. Bruce was affectionate towards the handlers and solicited petting from them appropriately. Bruce could benefit from going to a home with a calm environment. Bruce is ok for public adoption, low energy level, calm dogs required at this time. Medical/intake: generalized scabbing/hair loss, generalized 'elephant' skin, irritation/swelling of all four paws.
