Owner reports: Hope is being helped by a Good Samaritan who can not keep her. Hope is reported to be an outdoor dog on a tie-out chain. She is not believed to be house broken or leash trained. Hope is reported to be good with adults and children of all ages, as well as other cats and dogs. Care taker reports 'She rarely ever barks. She is really no bother at all. She's a special girl that is such a good dog. She doesn't even bark much and doesn't bother anyone.'
