About Penn

Introducing Penn, an extremely sweet, kind, mellow, and gentle soul rescued minutes before he was scheduled for euthanasia. There is something very special about Pam that cannot be articulated in words. He is a young dog with the wisdom of an old soul. His affection and empathy make him almost seen human like. He is amazing with both other dogs and cats and extremely well behaved in all situations. He is sensitive and soulful and full of love.. He also has a playful side, but never rowdy. Penn would do best in a home where someone can keep him company frequently as he thrives off of human Interaction. He also loves the company of other calm or mellow dogs. Penn needs a forever home where people will love him and protect him and shower him with kindness for all the days of his life. In return, he will be the most loyal, affectionate, calm, mellow friend you've ever known. Penn is truly a special dog.
