About Summit

Meet Summit - Your New Adventure Buddy! Summit is a beautiful, 7-month-old pup with a heart full of love and legs full of energy! She's already crate trained, sleeps quietly through the night, uses a doggy door like a pro, and is 90% potty trained. She's a quick learner who already knows 'sit,' is working on 'fetch,' and loves puzzle feeders for mental stimulation. Summit will thrive with active people who can give her plenty of daily exercise. She happily starts her mornings 1-2 mile walks and still has lots of energy to spare. She's spent time around a toddler and did great (though she may give an enthusiastic jump now and then), so continued training will help her channel her puppy excitement. She's also a classic Velcro dog - happiest when she's near her people, following them from room to room, and curling up close when it's time to relax. She doesn't bark much, but will give an alert bark when something needs your attention. Summit would do best in a forever home without small or reactive dogs, as her size and playful energy can overwhelm more timid pups. She'd be a great match for a family or individual who enjoys outdoor adventures, playtime, and a loyal companion by their side.
