Meet Rowley - the happiest little road-to-riches story you'll ever meet! This sweet, friendly pup came to us after a good Samaritan reported him being dumped on the side of the road, but you'd never guess it by his joyful spirit! Rowley is all about love and attention - he'll wiggle, bounce, and jump right into your heart (and sometimes onto you, too - he's still learning his manners!). He walks pretty well on a leash, but has lots of puppy left in his personality. He's energetic, playful, treat-motivated, and always ready to be by your side. Rowley doesn't know any tricks yet, but with his eagerness to please and his love of snacks, he's sure to pick things up quickly.
