Urgent Partner Alert: Cotton A744958 2 Year Old Male Labrador Retriever Siberian Husky Mix URGENT-Medical Needs Rescue By 8/19/25 Cotton arrived as a stray on 7/8/25 as a possibly injured stray bleeding form his nose and picked up by Animal Control Team. Following impound no active bleeding was observed, on 7/13/25 Cotton was observed displaying upper respiratory symptoms and began antibiotics treatment. On 7/19/25 Cotton displayed bloody nasal discharge which occurred again 48 hours later. A PCR diagnostic panel was performed along with radiographs, test results came back negative with no signs of foreign body obstruction in radiographs. Due to Cotton's continued nasal discharge containing blood more advanced imaging and specialty workup would be needed, which exceeds the amount of resources available at the shelter.
