HE HAS BEEN RED TAGGED!!! This is Felix. He is approximately 1 year old Heeler mix, about 45 lb . Fixed male. Was found, likely dumped in the Walmart parking lot. He is now up to date on his rabies shot. Very friendly with people but can be dog selective. No cats. Walks well on a leash!
