About Rico

his is Rico! We figured the name is fitting as he is a rescue all the way from Puerto Rico! Rico is extremely playful, and wins just about every tug of war (we let him win, don't tell him that though��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD)! And his favorite toy as of lately is a laser pointer. You can point that thing for 30 minutes and he's going to keep on chasing it! I am located in Concord, CA. I am charging a $25 rehoming fee as I believe the happiness and well being is more important and I am willing to rehome him for a $25 donation to Rescue Me if that means he gets the proper care and home he deserves. I will asking for a video of your home, to make sure it is an adequate space for Rico. Rico is a male Labrador Retriever Rico is 3-4 months and about 10-15 pounds. He is good with dogs, as he has been perfectly fine with our current dog. He is not aggressive and has not shown any sign of aggression from what we have seen. He is still working on being potty trained, but has only had one accident inside since we have got him, and goes outside every time we take him out. He knows how to sit, and we have been practicing crate. He is average energy level wise, he loves play, but after enough of it, gets tired and needs his nap. He rarely barks, happens from time to time but not frequently. Definitely on the lower end. I am rehoming because of a change in time and space. I will be going to school soon and will not have as much time for him. My family will not have the time for him either as they all work full time jobs. Also, being a Labrador Retriever, he will need a bigger space in the future to be comfortable. It is gut wrenching that we have to rehome him, but we understand that in order to live the life that he deserves, this is something that needs to be done.
