About Ellie

Ellie is a beautiful two year old pure bred husky, with the typical husky behavior. She is active, will yell at you, and is your personal alarm clock. She will 'slap' you if you are not giving her the attention she wants right away, lol. She is very sweet and loves to cuddle and lo es her pets. She gets along well with other dogs, but she can be a bit overwhelming. I think she will do best with another husky I. The house. She is good with teenagers, but I would not recommend that she goes to a home with young children. I think she may be too high energy for them. She is good with cats, but will need watching around d kittens. She will try and play with them as she would dogs and she is way too rough with them. I came home to a dead kitten because she was being too rough. She will snap at cats if they get too close to her food, though, and can be food aggressive. She will growl if you pet her while eating, but she never snapped or tried to bite people. She is doing better.with it as well. She needs training, she needs to be in an active house hold and that is something I can no longer give her. She deserves better.
