About Casper

**WELCOME CASPER** Age 8-ish? Phoenix AZ. Please help is welcome this feisty little fluff ball Casper to the FTP family! Casper was found wandering the streets of Goodyear....he alluded an easy capture and took many, many concerned humans on a high speed chase through several neighborhoods! This fluff-ball has some serious energy considering what we think is his age! He was finally corralled and brought in off the hot dangerous streets. He was extremely matted and had to get a less that attractive 'groom.' Good news is the fluffy-ness will grow back! He was found without a collar or a chip....all the legal attempts were made to find his family....sadly to no avail. He is getting all the best care, full vetting, vaccines, microchip, altering etc. He has had a full panel of bloodwork and has an appointment to have some yucky teeth removed. He is adorable, has a spunky personality and he loves to run! He is looking for a family to spend the rest of his charismatic life with.
