Adventure Awaits!!!! Hi there, I'm Clara! I am a medium-sized two-year old female, border collie mix and I have an adventurous spirit! Let me tell you a little about myself and what my ideal home and adopter are like. I am a sleek black and white, short-haired, medium-sized dog with soulful eyes and beautiful, symmetric markings. Since coming into the rescue, my foster mom has turned me into a lean, athletic, take anywhere dog. I am not kidding, I have trimmed down, settled in, and now I am up for anything! Whether it is going on a trail ride, hiking with my foster mom and her pack of dogs, keeping her company while she cleans out stalls or cooks dinner, or riding in the car to run errands, I am the perfect companion. Oh, and I am a great traveler and I love car rides. I also love to cuddle and snuggle and enjoy down time with humans. So, in no particular order, here are my favorite things to do, which I will call my 'bucket list' for my new home. Are you ready? Here goes��%BD'��%BD| 1. Having a special human to connect with. 2. Working, which is what I call going on trail rides, hiking, or just being part of an active life. 3. Play - I am a joyful individual and I LOVE to play! 4. Any kind of adventures that get me out and about and having fun experiences together! I am currently being fostered in Montesano, Washington at an equestrian-centered home and it suits me quite well. I would also be happy in a home with time and energy spent outdoors hiking, on property, in nature, and in general living a rugged lifestyle. My foster mom wanted to let you know that I am a very special dog making tremendous progress. For instance, I am quiet, house trained, sleep well though the night, and will stay in bed until the humans wake up.
