Meet Krill, a sweet and spirited pitty mix who's about 35-40 pounds of pure affection. Krill recently lost one of his front legs, but don't let that fool you-he's still bursting with energy and joy. Whether he's zooming around the yard or snuggling in your lap, Krill does everything with his whole heart. Yes, you read that right-he's a lap dog at heart, and his favorite place in the world is lying belly-up across your legs while you watch TV, and he'll even pay attention to crazy animal videos on Youtube. He's the kind of dog who just wants to be with you-whether you're on the couch, on a walk, or just enjoying a quiet moment at home. Despite his recent surgery, Krill hasn't missed a beat. He loves to run, play, and explore, and he's always ready to greet the world with a wagging tail and open heart. At the dog park, Krill gets along well with every type and shape and size of dog, and he will run himself ragged trying to be a part of the group-he just wants to be loved and accepted. Krill is searching for a loving family where he can be more than just a pet-he wants to be part of the heartbeat of the home. He thrives on connection, companionship, and feeling like he truly belongs. Cats-our cats are a little insane and don't come near him much, but he is interested in them-interested to be friends or chase them-I don't know.
