Meet Happy! She is a young border collie mix who is looking for her new home. She has had no accidents at all in the house, very mellow, never reacts to the fosters small dogs, sleeps in their bedroom all night quietly, likes to be near the foster and asks for attention often. She does not jump on people and has never jumped over our 3 foot fence, very respectful, great appetite.
