Oreo is a sweet little Shih Tzu boy looking for a foster or forever home. Oreo's family neglected him because they didn't have time for him. He is an adorable little dog with a very happy and loving personality. Oreo is great with children and other dogs. He's quiet and loves to cuddle by your side while you watch TV or work on the computer. Oreo is very easy going and would fit in well in just about any home.
