About Winston

We need a forever home for Winston, a 1 ��%BD%BD year old bulldog rescue. After months of deliberation, we had come to the conclusion he needs less excitement in his life than we can provide. Do you need a work-from-home buddy? He is a great snuggle buddy and is more of a houseplant than a dog. Winston is not recommended for households with young children or adults with anxiety and would be best in a home where an adult is home most of the time. He needs stability and consistent reinforcement. Unfortunately, kids and guests don't reinforce training, nor does boarding. He's a rescue bulldog so he has medical and dietary requirements. They are manageable, especially with pet insurance. He thrives in partnership with his person. He's easily stimulated so doors and gates need to be managed. He is triggered by excitement, anxiety, quick movements. He is comfortable on a loose leash and is great in the car (loves the car).
