About Nautica & Sea Breeze

The amount of siblings and FAMILIES of dogs entering the shelter as 'strays' the past few weeks has been undoubtedly depressing on staff & volunteers :| One of the MANY examples would be the adorable brother-sister combo Nautica & Sea Breeze, this pair of medium sized #SiberianHusky mixes were allegedly found as strays near 7th St. & Juniper Ave. in Long Beach. They are both incredibly friendly to people & other dogs, sadly after valiant efforts by staff no owner was ever found leaving Nautica & Sea Breeze available for adoption. The sad reality that they were otherwise discarded by prior owners is only undertoned by the fact that if they're 'lucky' they will at least find new homes... but very likely be to individual homes with little chances of someone opening their home to both dogs in hopes of them staying together.
