Beautiful, resourceful, smart young male. He's been roaming our city streets for weeks. Our neighborhood has adopted him, providing food/water. He is friendly with other dogs and will follow them when they're on lead walking with their person. He's been sequestered a couple of times but panics and will climb the fence to escape. Being neutered may help with that trait. Right now he's happy with his independence and is adept at navigating cars on streets and knows where the food is being offered. He can be captured (I have an Aussie in heat), but we want to do it without causing a lot of stress for him.
