About Kreacher

Kreacher is a very loving, loyal boy. He loves being outside and running around. He gets along well with my other smaller dog and cat. I don't want to give him up, but feel he is unhappy with the amount of space he has access to. He needs a large enclosed space to run and protect. I currently have 3/4 of an acre and he needs more stimulation. A wooded area would be ideal for him to roam around. He does have one bite on record. A small child approached him from behind while he was on leash and grabbed his tail. He did strike the child but backed away immediately. We had him evaluated by professionals and they said that he has leash reactivity. It means that while he is restrained, he will react to protect himself and human. When this happened, we stopped taking him around others. Before this incident, he happily played with the other members of our extended family including all the little kids. The worst that ever happened was he knocked them down because he was so big. He is a big love bug at over 85lbs. He is a bed hog and will steal the covers. If you have space in your home and heart, Kreacher could be right for you.
