Chowder has recently been added to the urgent list at the West Valley Animal Shelter due to high FAS (fear, anxiety, and stress) in the shelter environment. Chowder, 1 year old spayed Chinese Shar-Pei. Here since 7/25/25, not available until 8/5/25. High FAS in kennel!!!
