Buddy is a large 85+ neutered and chipped male. He's Rotweiler and probably some black lab and/or German Shepherd. He loves people, agility exercises, long walks, and being happy. He's learned that he loves swimming. He would make a great dog for a runner, hiker, adventurer, your basic co-pilot. We are fostering him because his person passed away. It took him a minute to readjust but his confidence is coming back and his prance is back in his wiggle. He is highly intelligent and seems to love learning things-then he'll enjoy showing you how smart he is and how much he knows. Around other dogs he tries to aggressively nip at their necks to keep them away from 'his herd'; He needs training on how to be around other dogs and I'm pretty sure he can learn that. He would be a great companion for a runner, hiker, skier, or walker. He'd do well with a family that's going to laugh with him-he's got a sense of humour. Very handsome, great fur. We would definitely keep him if our elderly male dog would accept him.
