KELSEY is so eager to please and just wants your approval so badly. She is a total velcro dog and is SUPER affectionate and grateful! KELSEY knows basic commands, cuddles with her stuffy toys and carries them around, loves playing ball/fetch and is truly such a happy, loving girl! KELSEY is great in the car, and is crate & potty trained, too! Spayed/Vaccinated Located in private foster in CT.
