About Waylon

Waylon is a stunning 2-year-old male Merle Bulldog/Pitbull mix with a big head, a bigger heart, and an even bigger personality. Transferred to us from a shelter where he was at risk of euthanasia, Waylon is getting his second chance-and he's ready to make the most of it. At around 70lbs, Waylon doesn't quite realize his size and tends to throw his weight around like an overgrown puppy. He's currently starting training to help with impulse control and leash manners, and he's already showing how eager he is to learn and please. Waylon thrives with structure and would do best with a confident, experienced handler who can provide clear boundaries and leadership. His goofy charm and lovable nature shine through once he's comfortable-he's a sweet, silly boy just waiting for someone to believe in him. Due to his needs, meet and greets are by appointment only.
