Balboa is a beautiful 5-year-old, 60-pound black German Shepherd mix who desperately needs a lifeline. She came into the West Valley shelter on July 7, 2025, and has now heartbreakingly landed on the euthanasia list. Balboa has been part of playgroups at the shelter and seems to do well with other dogs, but the shelter environment is taking its toll on her. She's out of time and needs an adopter, or rescue to step up and save her life. Please get this sweet girl out of the shelter and into the loving home she deserves!
