About Watson

Watson was bred as a Hunting dog and his liter didn't turn out and he was abandoned. The process must have been rough because he has never fully recovered. He has made great improvement but after 3 years he is still scared of me (male) and won't take treats or eat if I am in the room. He does much better with women and kids and is even playful with them. He is house trained and good on a leash although he can be skittish and jump at noises and things. He is fantastic with other dogs and although he always seems scared he no longer cowers like he did when I first rescued him. He isn't the type to play catch but he will chill on the couch with you and chill and be a good companion. I am moving and can't take him into the new house per my landlord.
