Friends of ours rescued Buck from their neighbor and were unable to keep him. So we took Buck in and became involved with Wags and Whiskers. However, Buck was neutered under a different organization called Save. A Stray. Before he was rescued, Buck was malnourished, being fed only every few day, and was hit by a car and never taken to a vet. He has a permanent injury on back right leg. However, when he was neutered we were told his leg 'just healed that way'. Buck can put weight on that leg, runs all the time on that leg, but he often doesn't put weight on it when walking and cannot bend it properly. It has not stopped him from catching squirrels in our backyard though. Buck in house, potty, and kennel trained. He does have accidents in the house occasionally. Buck loves being inside and outside. He gets along with our 3 dogs and our other foster dogs. He does great at adoption event where I keep him on a leash. Buck also gets along with the 2 cats in our home. Buck would love to spend his time sitting next to you and physically touching you. He just wants to be loved. Buck is genuinely sweet, playful, and handsome. He does bark at noises, when getting excited playing, or when he sees squirrels or birds in the yard or in trees. We do not know if Buck is a pure black mouth cut or mixed.
