This animal has been at the shelter since 04/18/2025 and on this list since 07/26/2025. Urgent Listing Reason: Raul has been in the shelter for 99 days with no rescue or adoption interest. Raul is displaying stressful behaviors within his kennel in the form of lunging, growling, barking, and running through urine and feces while displaying these behaviors. We are unable to supply Raul with the resources he needs and keeping him in shelter is inhumane. Raul should be adopted as soon as possible to prevent any further deterioration caused by the shelter environment.
