Libby is a 9-10 month old, female, Cane Corso that has recently joined the ranks at MHCR from a very high intake shelter in Texas. Libby wasn't much more than 30 lbs when she entered the shelter. She was emaciated and every rib and hip bone was visible and still she wiggled her awkward Corso tail with happiness. Libby has since fattened up, gotten spayed, had cherry eyes repaired, and now she's a healthy, sweet, loyal girl. She's wonderful with dogs and is in foster with an older kiddo and adores her. Libby is very smart and learns new tricks super quickly. She's house and crate trained, too. While she's outgoing and friendly, we are requiring an adopter with breed experience as she's still a Corso, after all. Libby is in foster in Castle Rock, Colorado. *We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. * You can view this wonderful dog at https://www.milehighcanine.org/post/dogs/libby You can apply for our wonderful dogs at https://www.milehighcanine.org/adopt/adoption-application/.
