About Scarlett

Scarlett is the sweetest dog outside of being possessive of her things and food. We got her when she was almost 2 years old and the older people who were looking for a home, did not do much with her. This has led her to be over weight and that mixed with the fact that she has very little energy has made it hard for her to loose it. She really needs an dedicated person to take her own walks regularly. Scarla also seems to keep an ear infection and one reason is that she is nippy when you go to put the medicine in her ear. So she needs someone who is not going to be afraid to apply the medicine or to at least work with her or get her behavioral training. On the upside, she is a hilarious dog and she is very very sweet and loyal. I know it sounds counterintuitive, I think might be the word, to how she can act when it comes to her food or toys. She could be a wonderful pet for someone who does not have kids or another animal in the house.
