About Mr. Duke

This gentle giant is now healthy, curious, and energetic and weighs about 70 lbs and is likely a year old. His beginnings were rough - he wondered into foster mom's yard some time ago, appearing lost, and not in good shape. He was suffering from malnutrition and dehydration. Duke is now a house dog, and is crate trained, but loves to be on night watch when given the opportunity; he patrols our yard and alerts us to any happenings around. This boy has a great appetite and learns quick, and most of all, he loves to snuggle! He thinks he is a little lap dog.
