About Herbie the Love Bug

Herbie the Love Bug was found roaming and unclaimed. Herbie has blossomed since arriving here and is very excited to come out and play. While he is easy to leash up, his leash walking skills need improvement. Herbie LOVES to run, I mean really LOOOOOVVVEEESSSSSSSS to run. Herbie would be an excellent hiker, jogger or exercise partner. He has not yet been formally tested with dogs but does not seem to mind the ones he passes by in our shelter (dog interactions are required prior to adoption). Herbie has also not met any children as of yet. With his size and excitability, we feel he may do best with sturdy kids over 8 or those who are dog savvy, gentle and respecful.
