About Bruce

Bruce is a 6-year-old male German Shepherd with a loyal heart and a big personality. He's intelligent, eager to please, and bonds closely with his people. Bruce does great with other dogs and is good with children once he gets to know them and trusts them. His main challenge is barrier aggression - he may bark or act protective when meeting new people through a fence, crate, or door. With proper introductions, he can warm up and show his affectionate side. He is house-trained, knows basic commands, and thrives with structure and clear boundaries. Bruce enjoys walks, playtime, and just being near his humans. He would do best in a calm, stable home with someone who understands the German Shepherd temperament and is willing to help him feel secure during new introductions.
