About Copper

Copper is a loving, well-mannered 2yr old Coonhound mix. Fully house and crate trained. Responds reliably to commands/recall. He's eager to please, calm, very adaptable - He will sit with you all day and nap, or go for a power hike. No matter what, he will be your best friend. He is a great listener. Copper thrives on human companionship and would make a wonderful partner as he is a loyal, easygoing, affectionate dog. He loves to be outside - but also settles down easily for naps in his crate, or quiet time indoors. He is lazy and loves to relax. He's very low maintenance, and is just happy to be with you. Copper is well behaved & affectionate with people but also serves as a protector in the home when you are not around. **Copper must be in a home with no other dogs.** While he is friendly & loving with people, he has shown reactivity toward our other male dog, which is reason for rehoming. He deserves to be in a peaceful, loving home as the sole dog. He has been a great dog to us. He has not been around kids, so that is unknown. Up to date on all vacs/Neutered/Crate comes with.
