This beautiful sweet girl is HOPE! She's a German Shepherd who was a stray and rescued by her wonderful Foster Dad. She's 2-3 years old and weighs 60 pounds although she could easily gain another 10-15 pounds with her new healthy diet. She's such a great dog and has all the positive qualities that GSD and known for....she's super smart and loyal but she is even more than that....she's very friendly with everyone she meets and is mellow and calm (medium to low energy level). Her Foster home has children and 4 other dogs (2 Shepherds & 2 Pitties) and she is great with them all! Her photos tell the story... whether she's helping her kiddie sibling make brownies in the kitchen or being checked at the Vet's office.....she's always the goodest girl! The added bonus is that her Foster Dad is a K9 Trainer and he's been so impressed with her. She walks well on a leash and loves to go for walks and play in the backyard. We're looking for a wonderful adopter for Hope because she deserves a loving family who will cherish and love her forever. We think she'd thrive with an Adopter who has previous Shepherd experience and has a fully fenced in yard for her to play in. She's up to date on all her vaccinations, housebroken and crate trained (she sleeps quietly all night). Reach out to Long Road Home Rescue ([email protected] to get more info and photos of her.
