About Milo

He's approximately 3-4 years old, likely a papillon mix, and has been living with my mother, who is no longer physically able to care for him. He came from what we believe was a hoarding situation a few years ago, and while my mom meant well, she wasn't in a position to give him the structured care and support he needed. He's extremely anxious, not house-trained, and uses puppy pads indoors. He hasn't had proper socialization or outdoor time, as my mother is unable to take him outside. I've been tasked with rehoming him, but I know he needs more than I can provide on my own-he needs someone with experience and patience to help him feel safe and rebuild trust.
