About Giselle

Giselle is a very energetic and enthusiastic dog who loves to give kisses. She also gives good 'ah-whoos' for her meal times. Giselle loves to wear shirts and sweaters and get snuggled up on the couch! She loves to be a lazy puppy and relax all day around the house or go to doggy daycare and see her friends! Zelle is very good with children of all ages and people in general. She goes to doggy daycare and loves to play with other dog friendly pups. She would do well in any environment (ex: apartment living or a home with a yard). Zelle is happy to be lazy, go for a run/hike, or play around the yard. Giselle is house trained, but utilizes a doggy door at our home. She knows basic commands. Zelle does have a big heart and has some separation anxiety where she will chew on boxes, plastic items, and shoes that are left out but does fairly well being left alone for 3-5 hours+. Zelle does not do well with dogs who are dog aggressive or dog averse. The reasoning for the rehoming is due to our 9 year old border who is dog aggressive and in his older age and recent cancer diagnosis has become more defensive/aggressive towards her; they can no longer be in the same room together. She gets along just fine with our 14 year old border collie and has never had an issue at daycare/boarding for the 3 years we have had her.
