About Callie

Callie and another dog were abandoned not once but twice. Her first owners sold the house and moved off and just left them behind so the people who bought the house said they would keep them. Now they are getting a divorce and they simply moved off and left her in the yard to fend for herself. Callie is smart and treat motivated. She knows how to sit, give paw, and loves belly rubs. Callie walks well on a leash and rides well in a car too. This sweet soul is good with people and other dogs too. We do not know what she thinks of cats. Callie has a docked tail and it's super cute when it wags. Callie is about 5-6 years old and 70 pounds. She would love to find a family who will love and keep her forever. Could this be you? Update: Callie tested positive for 2 common tick borne diseases - Lyme & Erhlicchia. Sh is on a short course of oral antibiotic which can be sent home with her for completion. Callie is currently available for adoption. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821).
